This is made from strips of foam that I cut. The strips of foam are all the same length and about 1/4 inch thick. I hot glued the strips together at the bottom, then again at the top. After doing this, I saw on The Crafty Gal's blog where you can do this with paper strips. It really is a pretty ornament, the picture did not turn out that great.
