I started doing the Santa for Christmas Eve breakfast a few years ago. I saw the idea in a cooking magazine and fell in love with it. I came up with the snowman this morning. I know this is not a nutritious breakfast, but my kids love it. I am sure if you are more creative with food than I am, you could use more fruits in place of the candy.
For the Santa I used a pancake, whipped cream, banana slices, cherry pie filling, a cherry and chocolate chips.
The snowman made from 3 pancakes covered with whipped cream, 2 candy canes, candy corn, M&M's and chocolate chips.
