Sandra at Diary of a Stay at Home Momhas more great Slow Cooker recipes.
I made this last week and it was a great. It is easy to throw it together for a last minute dish to take somewhere.
Salsa Dip
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 oz. pkg cream cheese
half a pack of dry taco seasoning
14 oz jar salsa, your chioce of hotness
14 oz jar salsa, your chioce of hotness
Place all ingredients crook pot and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir and then serve with Taco Chips.
You can add 1/2 lb of browned ground beef, if you like.
Also for quick serve, melt velveeta in microwave first and soften cream cheese then place in slow cooker. Add other ingredients and stir. Place slow cooker on low until everything is warmed through.
It is very yummy and a great addition to any party.

Ok, I have a bit of a change on this recipe. Velveeta, a pound of Italian Sausage crumbled and browned and a can of rotell tomatoes.
I picked this one up in Texas and while it sounds totally weird it's really yummy!!
