Paper Plate Ghosts

Here is a simple and not spooky decoration that is easy to make.

Materials needed: Paper plate, white crepe paper, construction paper, glue, marker and optional things are ribbon for the tie and pipe stem cleaner for a hanger.

Cut out a hat.

Decorate a ghost face on the plate.

Cut and then glue crepe paper to the back of the plate.

Glue on pipe stem cleaner for hanger.
