We used: Lunch sized paper bags, scissors, glue, construction paper, wiggly eyes, crepe paper, and toilet paper roll.
First open up the paper bag and cut a mouth.
To make the dragon's fire, wrap the toilet paper roll with crepe paper. Then glue on some flames.
Decorate the dragon. Hold the toilet paper roll with your hand to look like the dragon is breathing fire.
The kids made scales on the back and wings on the side.Crepe paper glued to the back of the bag to look like the tail.

These are super cute! My son came home with one of these from camp this past summer. It got a lot of use. They used a green gift bag as the base to decorate which came out adorable as well...
