We made these paper plate jellyfish at preschool. We used: paper plates, paint, glitter, streamers and glue.
Paint the plate and sprinkle on the glitter while the paint is still wet.Allow to dry.
Then glue streamer strips to the under side of the plate.
Eye are optional, I guess jellyfish do not even have eyes.
