Oh, how I love making Halloween decorations. This is my first Halloween decoration of the year.They are easy to make and look great hanging in the windows or over the table.
To make them make 2 fans from construction paper and staple them together.
Then decorate with construction paper, scissors, glue and tape.

Hi! I'm making these today with my kids, and I have a really dumb question... how do you make the facial features stick to the fan, since there is no flat surface on the fan? It seems as if everything will fall off really easily, and I'm wondering how you did it!

I just roll up tape and stick them to the part of that fan that is sticking up. I hope that explanation helps.
