Here is an easy Nativity made from simple things you may already have around the house. The set is cute and the kids can play with them when you are done making them. Note: I am sorry about some of the pictures. My computer is giving me a fit, and I do not feel like fighting with it. For the Manger we used: toilet paper roll, brown paint, brush, scissors, glue, Spanish moss, a small piece of material, markers, small rubber band and a small craft stick. For Mary and Joseph: large craft stick, piece of material, 2 clipping clothes pin, glue and markers. For the manger, paint the toilet paper roll brown. To make painting easier, hold the TP roll with a clothes pin. Allow to dry. Cut TP roll in half, longways. Glue one half to the other half, back sides together. Add Spanish moss to one half for the hay. To make baby Jesus, cut a small craft stick in half and draw on a face. Glue fabric around the baby to swaddle it.
