My son had 2 birthdays to go to this weekend and I did not have any wrapping paper or gift bags. So since I am trying to be on a budget, I used left over tissue paper and construction paper. This is what I came up with for wrapping.

Peter loved these! I guess I'm going to have to start saving my tissue paper so I can wrap presents. I don' think mine would turn out quite this cute tough!
