Valentine's Day Flower

On Friday we had Colton's birthday party and this is one of the crafts the girls did.
Pretty Valentine's Day Flowers.



We used: Dixie cups, play dough (or clay), large craft sticks, glue sticks, green paint, paint brush, construction paper and scissors.












Paint the large crafts stick green for the stem.


Allow to dry.














Put Playdough in the Dixie cup to hold stem in place.












Glue hearts on the stem to make the petals.

Glue a circle in the center.

Stick the stem in the cup.

Super Easy Volcanos

I love this project it is so easy and only takes a short amount of prep time. Cheyanne loves making the volcano erupt. We used: plastic plate, plastic cup, aluminium foil, tape, vinegar, baking soda and red food coloring. Tape the bottom of the cup to the center of the plate. Cover with aluminium foil. Cut a hole in the center of the foil and push the edges down in the cup. Spoon in some baking soda. Pour in the vinegar. Watch it erupt.
