Winter Mitten Craft



Even though it seemed like it was 70 degrees today, we did a Winter Craft. My kids have a new found love to paint their hands, so we did this craft. All you need is construction paper, glue, scissors and paint. I used foam snow flakes I happened to have.

I was just telling the kids tonight that we are going to make Giving Trees tomorrow and you are already doing Chirstmas! I can't keep up with you!

Super Easy Volcanos

I love this project it is so easy and only takes a short amount of prep time. Cheyanne loves making the volcano erupt. We used: plastic plate, plastic cup, aluminium foil, tape, vinegar, baking soda and red food coloring. Tape the bottom of the cup to the center of the plate. Cover with aluminium foil. Cut a hole in the center of the foil and push the edges down in the cup. Spoon in some baking soda. Pour in the vinegar. Watch it erupt.
